By actively promoting GTEC products and services to students, the Customer Administrative Assistant is responsible for offering information, advice, assistance, and application processing for international students looking for placement in educational institutions in India and Canada. The customer administrative assistant must also assist in achieving national sales performance goals. In addition, the assistant will support and refer students who have problems other than placement, eventually assuring the provision of exceptional customer service.
- Assist prospective students in choosing the right institutions and courses for their studies.
- Arrange and conduct phone conversations to ensure that each student’s needs are fulfilled while appropriately communicating facts about the course or programme. This involves giving guidance to students regarding admission standards, procedures, and qualification possibilities.
- Helping students choose a suitable shortlist of applications to submit will ensure efficient use of counseling time.
- Assist the student with the application, visa, and departure preparation processes.
- Establish and uphold strong bonds with students and their families to guarantee that GTEC is viewed as a highly reputable and professional service provider.
- Uphold the highest standards of morality and integrity in all interactions with clients, coworkers, students, and their families.
