    Qualifications

    You must have 1-2 years of work experience AND suitable educational training in the hotel industry, OR 2-3 years of experience in client- or customer-facing jobs.
    Having good communication skills and speaking Hindi and English well is essential. An extra benefit is an ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays. It’s also preferable to have a working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), mobile applications, and computer basics.
